“THE WAY TO…”!

“People don't need supplies, they need help”

Fields of activity

The center develops its activity in collaboration with experts in qualified fields.

To carry out its activity, the organization carries out awareness campaigns, capacity building, consultancy services and technical assistance, information and awareness, psycho-social services and scientific research.

The organization supports volunteerism and activism of young people and businesses as an essential element in achieving sustainable community development.

Governance and Transparency

Transparency in general plays an important role in changing the behavior of private individuals and the functioning of private markets that are independent of or bypass the problems of governance in the public sector. On the other hand, transparency in governance plays a key role in the entire chain of economic functioning of a country.

Transparency can encourage political commitment to reduce corruption and enable public providers to be held accountable. It can also contribute to increasing competition among public officials and increasing peer pressure to improve performance.

Recently, transparency has been extended to the private sector, to include information that individuals can use in regulating the market and as consumers of its products and services.

"The way to..." will undertake initiatives to maintain and strengthen professional norms of ethics and conduct, transparency and the obligation to inform people in both the public and private sectors and the media, as a civic right to have good governance and positive economic development in the country.

Health and Mental Health

A country's health systems play an important role in the status and stability of national and regional economies, in promoting inclusive and sustainable development through responsible practices in the areas of employment and the purchase of goods and services.

Health and well-being contribute to economic and social progress and, on the other hand, economic security and social cohesion are two main determinants of health.

The way to...”, in collaboration with state and private institutions, will contribute maximally to improving services and information in the field of health and mental health in particular.

Mental health disorders: They are a series of conditions that affect a person's thinking, mood and behavior. Mental health disorders can arise from genetic, biological, environmental and psychological factors.

Mental health disorders are very widespread throughout the world. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), approximately 25% of individuals worldwide will experience a mental or neurological illness at some point in their lives.

The way to...”, based on studies and collaborations with professionals in the field of mental health, will develop projects that will have a direct impact on the life and development of the community, primarily affecting the areas of the environment and the environment that surrounds us, as one of the main factors influencing human psychology.

Art, Environment, Culture

All three of these areas have a common denominator: better MENTAL HEALTH.

Artists are influential figures who, with their art, provide optimism, inspire hope, raise the national pride of a people, and provide sensitizing messages through the form of entertainment.

The environment, and especially greenery, active places, places that promote socialization, and safe places, play a direct and essential role in the health and development of people from childhood and then as adults and the elderly.

Culture is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that plays a crucial role in shaping our identity and sense of belonging. It is a dynamic and ever-evolving phenomenon that reflects the history, traditions, and experiences of a people. While it can foster understanding, tolerance, and social change, it can also lead to conflict and division.

Culture shapes our institutions, laws, and systems of governance. It affects our economic activities, from the types of goods and services we produce to the way we organize our workforce. It also affects our social structures and relationships, influencing the way we form families, communities and other social groups.

Since we are living in an increasingly globalized world, “The way to...” sees it important to find ways to promote cultural understanding and appreciation while preserving the diversity and richness of the cultural heritage of each country through information and organizing various workshops for children and young people. To minimize all the above-mentioned phenomena and not only, we will organize various Artistic - Cultural events, which will have a direct impact on the preservation and improvement of our human values.

We will also work hard to preserve, protect and develop the environment, as our big house, which without our care would not have a roof over our heads.

A special focus is on nature, soil quality, water quality, vegetation, livestock, and above all, bee protection. For this, various works and organizations with an informative, interactive, encouraging, and conservation effect will be applied.

Intercultural Education

Intercultural education represents a key factor for efficient interaction and quality coexistence of culturally different members.

Today, with the development of digital technology, the world has become a global village and almost everyone has an opportunity, most often a necessity, to establish communication or conduct business with culturally different people. New societies are faced with diversity in terms of race, ethnicity, religion and nationality, skin color, language, economic status and abilities.

The way to...” will allow those who are different to enjoy full rights and freedoms and to participate actively and effectively in social activities.

Within the framework of intercultural education, we will develop different approaches, programs and requirements for the country's state and private educational institutions to satisfy multicultural needs, to create intercultural competence among young people in order to develop harmonious social relations, for qualitative coexistence within a nation that has different religious, national, ethnic and linguistic identities, as well as for the understanding and respect of international cultures, as a good for the development of trade and the country's economy in cooperation with foreign companies.

“The way to...” will pay special attention to education, especially in the part that deals with human rights, equal education opportunities and cultural diversity or adaptation to rapid technological developments.

Sports and Tourism

Studies show us that physical activity and sports have a very important and direct impact on the well-being and health of people with benefits such as psychosocial and personal development, affecting their physical education and mental health, significantly reducing alcohol consumption.

Children need physical activity every day, especially nowadays, when ordinary physical games have been replaced by electronic ones, which negatively affect weight gain in children, etc.

Sports also promote self-esteem in people, give them a sense of satisfaction, increase socialization, increase the effectiveness of teamwork, develop time management skills, increase the ability to set goals and help in facing and solving problems.

The way to...” will be active in the sports life of our community, also collaborating with specialists in the field inside and outside the country. We will promote the discovery of new talents as well as support their continuous development.

Tourism is one of the most important components of the global economy. It generates income, millions of jobs worldwide and increases the quality of life. Thus, the tourism industry has spread from the coast to mountain resorts and from small villages to large metropolises.

But at the same time, tourism has begun to show its ugliest side. The actions of both investors and tourists have negative impacts on the socio-cultural values and environmental assets of host communities around the world.

The way to...” will observe the impacts of tourism on society from three perspectives: socio-cultural, economic and environmental and will apply, where necessary, special projects for the development and preservation of tourism and the environment of our country and beyond, as well as raising people’s awareness.

From a socio-cultural perspective, tourism brings together people with different backgrounds, cultures and traditions and promotes peace. But at the same time, due to globalization, many communities have lost their cultural identity and have given way to a diversification of their village or city.

Last but not least, tourism helped create national parks and protected areas, where unique examples of flora and fauna can be found. But tourists have proven to be a problem, due to the pollution they generate. Tourism entrepreneurs can also be blamed for a total disregard for local traditions and the environment. The main problem from these negative impacts is that the local community is the only party that takes control of all the damage to culture, tradition and most importantly the environment.

That said, our focus will be on developing policies, initiatives, tourism promotions in parallel with awareness campaigns for the preservation and keeping the environment clean, thus developing in cooperation with local government the necessary infrastructures for this.

Job Training

Companies around the world are struggling to adapt to ever-changing ways of working.

Hybrid and remote working have changed the way we work. Technology products and solutions continue to improve, and it is now estimated that over 1.2 billion workers will be affected by automation, robotics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This is starting to cause tension in society around the world.

While hybrid work is a solution, according to various estimates, we should not forget that the frontline or deskless worker makes up 60-80% of the workforce.

The really big question is whether Artificial Intelligence (AI) will replace jobs in the future or not? We want to remain optimistic and see it as an evolution of the way we work. So, that the technology we use is simply being used to free up time on monotonous and repetitive tasks, allowing us to use our time and knowledge elsewhere. This certainly does not rule out the possibility that it will also have an effect on the loss of jobs for some current positions.

Therefore, “The way to...” will study and analyze this situation step by step in collaboration with specialists in the field, to find the main changes in the structure of how we adapt and work in the future.

Technology is a good thing, but we humans are social beings, so we also seek more human connections and that feeling of being part of a close group and real belonging there.

What includes understanding human behavior and the ability to be creative is something that AI is not able to do at the moment.

We will also support the training and specialization in different fields of employees, preparing them for the labor market, as well as serving as a bridge between the labor market (companies) and qualified staff.

We will pay special attention to the revival of ancient or unique crafts, which are disappearing from the market, no longer being passed down from generation to generation, but which are also extremely important in preserving the cultures of countries.
